The Goldsands (Dean Court)
29/09/12
3pm
The Saddlers go into this game on the back of a 3-1 victory against Preston last week. Walsall will be hoping to get back to winning ways on the road having lost to Stevenage in their last away fixture. But with 3 wins out of 4, Dean Smith's side will be full of confidence.
Bournemouth however will be all guns blazing following their heavy defeat to Swindon last weekend.
There will be a minutes applause prior to kick off, in memory of former Bournemouth boss John Bond who sadly passed away this week.
David James has recently signed for Bournemouth until the end of the season and the former England international will be available to make his Cherries debut tomorrow.
Tommy Elphick, Lee Barnard and Shaun Macdonald have all scored 2 goals this season.
Bournemouth havent had difficulty scoring from all areas this season however the ball has ended up in their net 15 times already.
The Saddlers will be without brothers Adam and James Chambers, who remained sidelined and also without Jimmy Walker who has a short term injury.
Manager Dean Smith should name an unchanged team that defeated Preston last week with loanee Karl Darlow expected to stay in goal.
George Bowerman is firing on all cylinders at the moment, with 5 goals to his name already this season - many Saddler fans will be counting on him to score again tomorrow.
Walsall beat Bournemouth 2-0 in the corresponding fixture last season with both goals coming from Ryan Jarvis.
Bournemouth won the last match between both sides with a 1-0 victory at the Banks's Stadium.
Anthony Bates from Staffordshire will referee the match. He has refereed 39 times in the past 2 seasons, handing out 4 red cars and 98 yellows.
Bournemouth have gone 14 games since a no score draw so history suggests there will be goals tomorrow! That said Bournemouth home record so far is Player 4 Drawn 4, so with both of these stats I will go for a 2-2 draw.
Next up for both sides
Walsall v Leyton Orient 02/10/12 7.45pm
Crawley v Bournemouth 02/10/12 7.45pm
