Walsall Name new Captain
After losing his place in the team and then getting it back Micheal Dobson has lost the captains arm band and DD has picked his new man in charge on the pitch.
Well whilst most captains are found either in the defence or midfield our new leader can be found upfront. Striker and a man who is quickly becoming a fans favorite despite his older age is our man....step forward Tommy Mooney. Lets hope the same fate doesn't happen to Tommy as what happened to the last striker to wear the armband, Martin Butler a 3-0 defeat and he was on the transfer list within the week and likely not to wear the shirt again!!
DD has stated that he has all the right qualities and is a natural leader on and off the pitch.
