Trevor Benjamin is not a fashionable player but the Saddlers faithful clearly see him as a valuable asset. A move to the Banks' Stadium was never really on the cards for the big man, but he did chip in with two valuable goals away from home. Big Ben now plies his trade with Hereford United with Kris Taylor and has ready been ruffling the feathers of League Two defenders. In a week that saw the comeback of Emile Heskey to the England setup, it's worth considering whether Benjamin's departure was foolhardy.

Jack Lester came second as he fires in the goals for Chesterfield, though in a division below.
