Gillingham face a Brighton side, who have made a solid start to the season and are currently sixth in the table, while Oldham tackle Southend.
At the top, leaders Leyton Orient will have to beat Yeovil away to maintain their emphatic start to the season, while second-placed Tranmere welcome Luton to Merseyside and they will be looking to close the three point gap with three points.
