'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Walsall's transfer news

Speculation and sources close to the club are suggesting that some head way will be made this week with a couple of potential targets, a right back and a midfielder been put into the frame.

Of course it is expected that next week Walsall and many other clubs will find out if they have lost out on players or not. The simple fact is that many players who have contracts that expire this summer will cease to be paid by there clubs from the end of June. So those who are wanting to not have a break in payment will be making there minds up in the next ten days. Of course those who think they can secure a financial bonus in terms of a big signing on fee may hold out a bit longer.

As for one target who seems to be linked with the Saddlers ever summer...has been linked with a move to Luton, as Pesch seems likely to leave Derby this summer.
