'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Walsall's foreign trialists

As was predicted on the return of sun tan man Paul Taylor Walsall are expecting to cast there net abroad in search of fire power.

Tonights Birmingham paper carrys the news that DD and Paul Taylor will be looking 'outside of the box' for goals.

So many Saddlers fans will not be too concerned by this as we got used to not having a team until a week or so before the season started. Things are certainly not that bad, however the crux of the matter is what will the quality be like.

The concerns are we have had a few real stinkers in the past, the Brazilian Bico springs to mind. However if we can conjure up another Roger Boli (was that the best ever goal at Bescot) or Jeff Peron or even a Junior or Jorge we will all be happy. So on your excursions to Halesowen etc in pre season keep an eye out for AN Other hat trick!!!
