Walsall's new Kit and Badge

So out goes Nike and in come Mann Brothers making the kit under the Swift name. Out goes Bank's as shirt sponsor (but await more news on them) in come local company Easy fit who make conservatory's etc.

The home kit is a mainly white shirt witha red band, red shorts and socks. This will please most Saddlers (BUT NEVER ALL) who have been longing to return to the unique Saddlers style.

Now for the away kit, the design is quite nice but the colours of blue and yellow remind some too much of Shrewsbury Town....but if you can get over that it's not too bad, although not really come on you yellows!!

Shock news was a change of badge back to a circle and rising swift, nice but did we really need to change.

My one real comment is why oh why can't the club involve the fans with the choice of kit and whether we need to change the badge or not and if we do have some input on the design....it works in other clubs. Are the club really too scared to let the people who buy these things have a voice!!

What do you think

Sounds like the Saddlers I remember. ATV Star Soccer on a Sunday, Right after your Sunday Dinner... dad witha bottle of brown ale taking up all the settee... Hugh Johns dulcet tones... enduring images. Marvellous.
