Magpies hold leaders Hartlepool

HARTLEPOOL 1-1 NOTTS COUNTY

Leaders Hartlepool were held at home last night to play-off chasing Notts County, a result that could help the Saddlers title chances.
James Brown put the league leaders into the lead after just three minuted, before County got an equaliser through former Tranmere striker Andy Parkinson in first half injury time.
The result keeps Hartlepool top with a three point lead, while Notts County move within three points of the play-offs, despite Shrewsbury, Wycombe and Bristol Rovers having games in hand on the Magpies.
Walsall can go top with a win at home to Bury tomorrow on goal difference.

Notts have opened the door to the title, it's up to us to take advantage against Bury.
