Walsall's Scott Dann earns praise

Scott Dann has once again been named in the League Two 'Team of the Week'. It is the second week running that Scott has been included. It will come as no great shock to those that saw his display at Darlington. Even an clash of heads and playing the second half with head bandage didn't dent his form. Although it wasn't quite Terry Butcher's class.

Dann was the star man as Walsall fought hard to come away from the 96.6 FM Darlington Arena with a goal-less draw. The whole defensive unit can be pleased with their day and fellow defender Daniel Fox can consider himself unlucky to be over looked.

In truth the team of the week is a bit of fun and can't be taken too seriously. However for the young 19 year old defender it must be nice to know your career is going in the right direction.
