Walsall's Transfer talk

Walsall's Transfer talk

Rumours, rumours rumours at least when Paul Merson was in charge you knew what was happening before Paul did!! Things are different now.

DD has said that he hopes that 2 to 3 deals will see new faces coming into Bescot. A couple have current championship experience whilst the third has played there but isn't currently playing there now, so what are the rumours.

As for the defender the speculation is very thin on the ground. Whilst the Crewe official site has confirmed our interest in Lee Mathews. Other names strongly linked are Tommy Black who has been told he can leave Palace and also former Wolves winger Kevin Cooper either would be good signings.

There is no name to the possible central midfild player...does that mean the central midfield will remain our weak spot.

It is also rumoured that under 21 international Rene Gilmartin might be leaving on loan to gain first team experience at non league level.

We will bring you the news as soon as we can. watch this space.

Hopefully you'll get whoever you need for that final push.
