In L2 this week, TORQUAY have appointed Keith Richardson as their new chairman, after former chairman Chris Roberts resigned four months after he had joined. One of the three directirs that resigned in protest of the way Roberts ran the clublast week, Mervyn Benney, was the acting chairman. Also, WYCOMBE have signed 19-year-old Derby striker Lionel Ainsworth on-loan for the rest of the season, while 25-year-old BARNET defender Anthony Charles has joined Aldershot on-loan until the end of the season.
