Penalty Trigger Happy Referee In Charge Tomorrow

Penalty Trigger Happy Referee In Charge Tomorrow

Tomorrow sees us play our penultimate home game of the season and the match officials have been announced as follows.

Referee - Mark Heywood
Linesmen - Simon Knapp and Nik Barnard
Fourth Official: Christopher Husband

Heywood has officiated twenty seven games so far this season, dishing out one hundred and ten yellow cards, three red cards and awarding TEN penalties.

Heywood has officiated five games involving the Saddlers with us winning one, drawing two and losing three. Heywood has given three penalties to the opposition in those five games, two came during our 1-0 defeat at Bury on the opening day of this season.

The likes of Luke Leahy and Nicky Devlin will need to stay on their feet tomorrow or Heywood might be awarding another penalty to the opposition.
