Walsall To Wait On Flo Injury News

Walsall will have to wait a few more days before they understand the extent of damage to Flo Cuveliers knee.

Flo picked up the injury during Saturdays defeat to Northampton Town and given the recent injury problems many expected him to be sidelined for a few months but we will have to wait for the swelling to go down before giving a prognosis.

Walsall boss Jon Whitney said;

"It`s something in his knee. We are just hoping it`s nothing too sinister."

Cuvelier has suffered an inconsitent return to the Saddlers having only played thirty one times since signing in 2016.

No one can doubt that when Flo is fit and firing on all cylinders then he is one of the best midfielders in this league, however with a tight budget Walsall boss Jon Whitney will have a big call to make as to whether to extend Flos contract past this season.
