Walsall cancel Villa reserve clash

The club have announced that the reserve fixture that Aston Villa were due to play against Fulham tonight has been moved to Villa park.

This is good news as there has been concern showed about the state of the pitch and a number of threads in the Bescot BANTER FORUM have highlighted the number of scheduled games coming up and quiet rightly express there worries on what could be happening to not only our pitch but also our promotion hopes.

Also in the forum there is news of our reported interest in Barnsley player Dale Tonge who is playing for the reserves today. The official site has now confirmed this.
