Will Walsall Keep Richard Money

Following speculation after Mickey Adams departure from Coventry which saw Richard Money become the third favorite to become the new leader at the Sky Blues. Finally Walsall's chairman and the man him self DD come out to speak about what is happening.

This has come following further speculation that the talk in the media had unsettled the saddlers team and was a contributing factor to a very poor performance which throw three points away. Today message boards of a Walsall and Sky blue nature have been full of gossip and talk of sightings of Richard Money at Coventry's training ground and secret meetings with board members. All of which seems to have been pure internet mischief.

Richard Money stresses that this speculation is not of his making and the stories are not generated by any individual or club but poor paper talk. Likewise Jeff backs this up by confirming that nobody has been in touch about DD.
Both manager and chairman stress that they have a good working relationship with each other and Paul Taylor. They both see this resurgence of Walsall fc as a long term project which DD will be heading.

The message is loud and clear, no change it's bussiness as usual. In fact the club end by issuing a rallying call to all Saddlers fans to get behind the club for the 18 cup finals which stand between us and the prospect of promotion.
