2003 - 2004 AIK STOCKHOLM - Manager / Head Coach
· AIK is the N0 1 club in Sweden, average crowds of 20.000
· Finished 5th in league 2003 and reached the ¼ finals of the Swedish Cup
· Qualified to UEFA Cup 1st round proper v Valencia (eventual winners) - lost 0-2 over 2 games
· Left AIK after 3 games into 2004 season - team in 5th position

Sept 2001 - June 2002 COVENTRY CITY - Head Coach
· Roland Nilsson Manager
· Responsible for 1st team coaching and training - took the team from 21st to top 6
· 8 players developed for 1st team during time as Academy Manager
· Chris Kirkland sold to Liverpool FC for £ 9 million - Calum Davenport to Tottenham Hotspur for £ 3 million

· Gordon Strachan Manager
· Responsible for Department for ages up to 21: Budget, Staff, Players and Development Programmes
· Responsible for setting up new Academy Facilities and Structure
· U18`s appeared in the F.A Youth Cup Final two years in succession
