Walsall's rivals: L2 Preview

Walsall's rivals: L2 Preview

Despite it being FA Cup round three this weekend, which means Walsall will not travel to Macclesfield, as they are at Chelsea and Las Palmas sounds more appealing (no offence). Anyway, other teams that are not in the FA Cup this weekend be going ahead with their normal league 2 schedule. So here are the games then:

Saturday, January 6
Boston Utd v Accrington Stanley
Shrewsbury v Hartlepool
Wycombe v Rochdale

Monday, January 8
Milton Keynes Dons v Lincoln City 7.45pm

Tuesday, January 9
Grimsby v Chester 7.45pm

All kick offs 3pm, unless stated.

So, the games that Saddlers fans will be listening out for are definitely the MK Dons and the Lincoln game on Monday night. With the Dons signing ex-Walsall keeper Lee Harper and former Wolves skipper Paul Butler, be sure that they will give it their all to try and make ground on yours truly. However, the Imps will have other ideas.
