Lastest on possible Walsall targets

Here are the latest transfer rumours for the Saddlers to come off the net:

Walsall are the latest club to be linked with former Blues and West Brom striker Geoff Horsefield. The 33-year-old is currently at Leeds United and is available after Premiership newboys Sheffield United terminated his loan early.

Also, Nottingham Forest's 34-year-old midfielder Nicky Southall has been linked, along with Blues 21-year-old midfielder Neil Kilkenny.

Darren Byfield is also said to be unsettled at Millwall and favours a return to the Midlands, with Walsall (yeah right).

News on possible outgoing player, Anthony Gerrard has apparently alerted West Ham manager Alan Curbishley, and Scott Dann is being scouted by Bolton, after Big Sam saw him play against his team in the League Cup, and he was very impressed with the defender.

WARNING: These are rumours off the internet, so they are most certainly not true, but it's good to speculate!

www.football-rumours.co.uk/ isn't that good source for rumours I think. Mostly fan speculations that isn't at all accurate, I haven't seen any rumours on there regarding Walsall that have been correct :-)
