Two players leave Walsall
David McDermott and Mannie Smith have joined Halesowen on loan for a month. This is hoped that they will gain some experience in case they are needed in the run in. Although the history of players going to Halesowen isn't good.
This explains also why these two players were not included in the party to go to Grand Canaria.
It is rumoured that Rene Gilmartin also stayed behind. DD in the past showed his desire to get the under 21 international some regular first team football before injury steped in to rule out any move. Now the injury is almost behind him Rene could also be out on loan soon.
