Ashley Grimes Set To Sign?

Many sources via Twitter are suggesting we are set to sign former Man City trainee Ashley Grimes tomorrow.

Grimes rejected his new deal at Bury and had left by mutual consent to sign for an unnamed League 1 side, with us set to seal the deal.

Grimes has been prolific at many clubs however injuries have stalled his career.

Grimes scored 15 goals whilst on loan at Lincoln in 2010 and sealed a move to Rochdale where he continued his scoring record scoring 18 goals in 70 appearances.

He joined Bury following his injury blighted stint at Rochdale but failed to hit the back of the net in 18 games last season with the Shakers.

We await confirmation....
