'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Kris Taylor Thanks Walsall Fans

Former Walsall midfielder Kris Taylor today spoke to the Official Walsall site following his diagnosis with cancer.

Kris said 'The worry of whether things will be okay, what treatment I will need and, due to my love of football, when I am going to play again have been going through my mind.

'Luckily those questions have been answered and my prognosis is very good'

Kris went on to thank the Walsall fans for their support 'I have also heard about the gesture by the Walsall fans. Having a minute`s applause during the 15th minute of matches has left me lost for words… which certainly takes some doing, I can tell you!

'I just wanted the opportunity to say a massive thank you to the Super Saddlers` supporters. Hopefully the team can give you the success that you all richly deserve'

Everyone at Vital Walsall continues to show their support to Kris and his family at this time.

Once a Saddler, Always a Saddler.
