Smith Rules Out Immediate Gordon Signing

Smith Rules Out Immediate Gordon Signing

Following Jem Gordon's three goals in three games during our pre season tour of Trinidad; Smith feels the 19 year old striker did OK but insists there wont be an immediate signing.

Smith said "Jem has done OK," said Smith. "He still needs a lot of work, which he will get over in Trinidad. I don`t think he is ready for league football but he is one we will certainly keep an eye on.

"When you look to bring players over there are many things you have to consider including work permits.

"But he is definitely someone we will monitor."
