Pro League X1 2-3 Walsall


Walsall continued their fine start to pre-season with a 3-2 win over a Pro League X1 at The Ato Bolden Stadium in Trinidad last night.

Mickaeel Jem Gordon scored two goals last night to make it three goals in two games for the Tobagan trialist. Smith wanted to find the next Dwight Yorke...maybe he has?

Trialist (Troy Hewitt) scored the winning goal with eight minutes to go to give Walsall their first bit of silverware for the new campaign and skipper Andy Butler lifted the Challenge Trophy.
