'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Cutler Joins Backroom Staff

As reported on here in May, Walsall have today confirmed Neil Cutler as goalkeeping coach.

Cutler replaces Mick Kearns who retired from the position last week.

In May we reported that Scunthorpe boss Brian Laws said 'We have agreed to let him go in principle and move to Walsall, nearer his family home.

'We are disappointed to lose him but I completely understand the situation and we wish him well'

Cutler spent the majority of his career near his Midland home with spells at West Brom, Aston Villa, Coventry, Stoke, Oxford and Crewe.

Welcome to Walsall FC, Neil Cutler.
