Neil Cutler To Join Coaching Staff

Walsall look set to appoint former West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Neil Cutler as the new goalkeeping coach according to Scunthorpe manager Brian Laws.

Laws told thisisscunthorpe 'We have agreed to let him go in principle and move to Walsall, nearer his family home.

'We are disappointed to lose him but I completely understand the situation and we wish him well'
"There is no doubt Neil has done a great job with Sam Slocombe and if he's not going to carry that on then someone else has to for sure."

Cutler spent the majority of his career near his Midland home with spells at West Brom, Aston Villa, Coventry, Stoke, Oxford and Crewe.
