Bax Enjoys First Season

James Baxendale showed glimpses of his talent in his first full season and there's more to come from the former Doncaster star.

Speaking to the Express and Star, Baxendale said He said: "It`s been a really enjoyable season. It`s been my first real season and I have loved every minute.

"Being out there and involved has been fantastic and hopefully it will continue next season'

You would feel that if Brandy doesn't stay then Baxendale will become a prominent figure in the Saddlers front line.

Bax has a massive future with the Saddlers and is already becoming a firm favourite with the Walsall faithful.

His performances this season have certainly given us confidence that he will continue to shine next season.
