Featherstone Wants Play-Offs Next Season

Nicky Featherstone pledged his long term future with Walsall last month, signing a new contract until the end of next season and the midfield star has now set his sights on a top 6 finish with Walsall next season.

Featherstone told the Official Site "With the quality we have here, there is no doubt in my mind that we can get into that top six," he said. "There has been nothing for us to fear at this level; too many draws ended up costing us our place in the play-offs'.

He continued 'It`s good that the nucleus of the side is already signed up for next season and hopefully more will follow in the days and weeks ahead'
