'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Baxendale Reflects On New Deal

Following on from the news James Baxendale has agreed a new 18 month deal, the winger had this to say on the Official Site 'I'm really pleased to sign this new deal. This is a good club and I've really enjoyed it here'

He continued 'I feel that my game has come on in leaps and bounds since I have been here and now that I have signed this deal, I really want to kick on and progress'

'I've been made to feel so welcome here and, like the rest of the lads, I am excited about what the future holds in store.'

We at Vital Walsall expect big things from James over the next year and half and are delighted that we wont lose him at the annual end of season sales. We now await other key members to sign new deals including Brandy, Butler, Downing, Chambers and Grigg.
