100 Not Out For Deano

Dean Smith takes charge of his 100th game tonight.

Speaking to the Express and Star Deano said "You are making decisions all the time and learning from them," he said. "Another 100 games from now, I hope I am still helping the club progress, bringing players through and competing at the top end of the division. You learn all the time on this job."

Whatever happens over the coming months/years its hard to believe that Deano will better his first half year in the job. I wont forget the moment when he took over following Hutchings abysmal record, we found ourselves adrift at the foot of the table with no hope of survival. With low morale and a depleted squad at that, what Dean achieved was nothing short of a miracle....

Deano's record

P 99
W 25
D 40
L 34
F 119
A 138

Win % - 25.3%

Here's hoping that Deano's 100 Not Out isnt ended by an LBW.....Lincoln beating Walsall!
