'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Barnet pub guide

Things have changed since our last visit to Underhill,Unfortunately the Social Club at the ground, called the Durham Suite which is located behind the South Stand, no longer admits away supporters.

Thankfully there are plenty of options for visiting fans, and local reports state that the locals are friendly and in fact most welcoming. A favourite with away fans is The Old Red Lion, just behind the north entrance to Underhill.

However there are number of other pubs at the top of Barnet hill, in the town. The Moon Under Water and the King John, also down the bottom of the hill (under the Underground bridge) are the Queen's Arms and The Weaver. So it is possible to get a mini tour going if you want, but don't miss kick off (again!!!). In the pastaway fans have been welcome butwill respond quickly to any signs of trouble.

However if you are coming in on the traine into New Barnet railway station, then opposite is a Wetherspoons pub called the Railway Bell, which has a good selection of beer'.

Have a very merry weekend lads
