News: New defender signs.

Defender Dean Holden has become Walsall's third signing of the off season, and second of the day, putting pen to paper.

The 32 year old who is naturally a right back but can also play in the centre spent most of last season at Rochdale before being released come the end of the season.

Holden who can also count Bolton Wanderers, Peterborough and Oldham amongst his former employers has today signed a one year deal with the Saddlers.
