News: Cuvelier returns

Belgian youngster Florent Cuvelier, who spent the second half of last season with Walsall, has put pen to paper on a new loan deal with the club.

The young prospect who is held in high regard at parent club Stoke, made 18 appearances for Walsall last season scoring four times, proving a huge help in our successful battle against relegation.

Cuvelier had expressed an interest in gaining Championship experience in the upcoming campaign, but Stoke were so impressed with his development with us last term they have allowed him to sign with us until January.

A much needed boost to the squad, a fantastic prospect and one that is a genuine pleasure to watch in a Walsall shirt!
