News: Ledesma signs for Boro.

As widely expected Argentinian Emanuele Ledesma has rejected Walsall's offer of a two year extension, in favour of a free transfer into the Championship.

A number of clubs had shown an interest in the talented South American but Middlesborough have been the favourites to gain Ledesma's signature for a while.

He has today signed a three year deal at the Riverside, giving him the stability that he requires with the imminent birth of his child.

While this is no surprise to any of us, it's still dissapointing although I'm sure we all wish him the best.
