Walsall will travel to Scotland in an exciting pre season trip.
Though they will be staying in Stirling from July 11-15, there will be no rest as they will have intensive training to get themselves fit and ready for the season ahead.
Although the team keep up a low level fitness schedule in the close season, this is a perfect opportunity to get everyone ready and raring to go.
They will play one game against Greenock Morton at Cappielow on 13th July.
'It will allow the lads to bond together as a unit and will give me the opportunity to spend time on the training ground implementing ideas ahead of the new campaign.' Dean Smith told the official site.
Sounds good!
This is also added to 7 preseason games, including a behind closed doors friendly at Barnsley on 16th July and Burton Albion away on 20th July.
FYI: Flights from London Gatwick to Stirling £61 on easyjet!
