New Trialist at Bescot

Francino Francis has joined the Saddlers this week on trial. The young striker was released by Stoke City as a third year academy player. Then Watford picked him up an he progressed to make one first team appearance, at home to Leeds United. However Francino failed to make the desired impression against some experienced defenders and was replaced in the next game.

He has spent a spell out on loan at Kidderminster but was allowed to return to Watford again with mixed reports.

Some reports have queried his fitness at the moment, but he is suposed to have a physical presences and a turn of pace. He may play some part in the friendly at Hednesford on Wenesday night.Although James Constable and Tony Bedeau are hoped to be fit to start up front.
