'If It's Football, It's Vital'

HT: Walsall 0-0 Rochdale

Newcomer Williams made his home debut today as Walsall are being held by visitors Rochdale. Byfield is on the bench as he continues his comeback from a knee injury.

Ledesma did not make it into the side and Macken is also absent, presumably through injury. Ex Saddler Dickinson is on the bench for the visitors.

Walsall have had more of the better chances but have not found the net. The best chance came shortly before halftime as Matthew Richards took a free kick in a good position, but the ball ultimately landed on the top netting.

It is a crucial time as Walsall really need to win!
