Taundry makes return from injury.

Taundry makes return from injury.

Richard Taundry is set to go into the squad for today's match against Tranmere Rovers at the Banks's stadium.

The midfielder has been out of action since the end of August, after getting a knee injury in the JPT Cup defeat to Chesterfield.

His comeback makes for a much boosted midfield, following the arrival of winger Martin Devaney and Steve Jones, who has appeared as sub in the last two games following an ankLe injury.

It is likely that Taundry will start on the bench, given that he did not play in the reserve win at Lincoln City on Tuesday.

This makes a likely team of: Brain, McGivern, Lescott, Smith, Davies, Devaney, Jones, Richards, Gray, Macken, Reid.

Predicted score: An attacking midfield will pay for a well earned 2-0 Saddler win!

Come on the Saddlers! Check back before kick off when the line up will be published.
