A second new signing is to be announced today.
Unofficial reports from Rotherham have suggested the long running on off saga with Martin Butler has resulted in the ex saddler returning to Bescot.
Quotes attributed to Rotherham Manager Knill suggests that the return to his roots and a better financial package offered by the saddlers has swayed his judgement.
