VITAL PREVIEW: Tranmere visit the Bescot

WALSALL vs TRANMERE (KO 3pm)

After defeating Wycombe on easter monday, the Saddlers face another side threatened with relegation - Tranmere Rovers.

The Saddlers are without Troy Deeney, after his red card against Stockport. Matt Richards could return from injury, along with Clayton McDonald, who returns after serving a suspension.

Rovers will be without Andy Robinson,Paul McLaren, and striker Terry Gornell, who are all suspended.

Striker Craig Curran misses the game with a groin injury, but Aaron Cresswell is back after serving a three-match ban.

PREDICTION:

I am going to say 2-1 Saddlers. Hopefully, Byfield will break his dry spell in absence of Deeney up front. This will make for a tight affair that will give us a priceless three points.
