Hereford here we come.

 Hereford here we come.

The Walker stadium saw ex Saddler Craig Stanley book his return to Bescot as Hereford over came Halifax by 3goals to 2. The winner scorered by ex wolves player Ryan Green.

We have always taken a large following to Hereford, although our paths have not crossed for some years. Graham Turners men will be no push overs in league two having been consistant performers at Conference level. Just look at other previous conference teams.

So what can we expect from our visit to Edgar street. Well there are numerous pubs to drink in. However the locals in the past have been a bit selective in who they let in. The town centre is within walking disatnce as is the cattle market!!. The ground isn't Bescot but very much what you would expect. The stand running along the side opposite the main stand remains a particular curiosity. I am not sure but it must be one of the narrowest stands in history but deffinately the league.
