'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Game on!

After the winter madness that gave the Saddlers players an unscheduled rest, there is finally a game to be played!

Today's game with Brighton goes ahead, after the heavy rain yesterday washed away all the snow, along with a rise in temperatures across the midlands. The pitch is playable (for once) and will see Walsall's first game in one month.

The only form of excitement during the last few weeks has been the wrangling rumour of Deano's return, but today sees the first game since the 2-2 draw with Leyton Orient back in mid December.

So, no Steve Jones and two wins could see us leap into the top six...no pressure then lads!

Bring on the Brighton!
