POLL RESULT: Saddlers badly run club

These days, you can't seem to have a public vote without mentioning the words deadlock or fixed!

However, these words will not be found here, as 66% of you voted that Walsall are not a well run club.

This is no surprise, with several supporter protests in the last ten years, fans still feel there is a lack of investment into the playing side of the club.

There were 34% of you that thought the Saddlers were the best run club in football.

It came after Sir Ray's comments to the media that we were one of the best run clubs in football, ahead of some of the bigger clubs in the country.

Personally, I am inclined to agree with both sides, as we are a well run club to the extent we have never faced millions of pounds worth of debt.

On the other hand, we as fans deserve a little more investment into the playing side to climb the leagues and become bigger as a footbal club and not just a business.

This is unlikly under the current leadership, but maybe one day, our wishes will come true!

However, becareful what you wish for! Two words....Leeds United.
