Back Bonser - 'Sir Ray'

Back Bonser - 'Sir Ray'

It's not everyday you get a previous manager come out and defend someone who is seen as 'unpopular' by the majority of the fans.

'Sir' Ray Graydon, a cult hero in and around WS1, believes that Walsall are the 'best run club in the country.'

Ray told the Express and Star: "As far as I`m concerned it`s one of the best run clubs in football. I understand what every fan in the country wants and Walsall fans are no different - they want success.

"Jeff always has the club at heart."

'Sir' Ray will be at the club for the home game with Exeter to except the Walk of Stars award, beating off Jimmy Walker and Alan Buckley to win the prize.
