'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bescot Beat: Poor, poor and very poor!

Just a short word this week on the worst performance of the season so far. We were poor, desperate and second to every ball - some say this was a bad day at the office and others say it is a simple case of the start of the demise.

Personally, I'm not going to get too carried away just yet in terms of struggling at the wrong end this season, but you have to worry, especially with laclusture performances like that. And to top it all, Clayton McDonald is a fitness worry for our next match against Huddersfield.

Three points are needed to bounce back and dispell any thoughts of a relegation battle this season.

Tuesday's game with the Terriers sees Manny Smith doubtful with an ankle injury, while Peter Till continues to be sidelined.
