Boertien signs for Albion

Paul Boertien has joined newly promoted Burton Albion after being released by CH just a few weeks ago.

The former Derby man has joined the Blue Square Premier Division champions on a one-year-deal.

The Brewers manager, and former Blues striker, Paul Peschisolido, said he was delighted with the capture of Boertien, and added that he would be a great addition to
their team.

Peschisolido went on to comment that he was one of the 'fittest' members of the squad, despite Boertien having an injury-hit time at the Saddlers.

Vital Walsall wishes Boertien all the best for next season.
