The Saddlers faithiful have spoken

Since the end of the season, it would seem to the naked eye that CH has been running around like a headless chicken trying to tie his players down to new contracts.

One of the players in question is Chris Palmer, who has a certan popularity with the Walsall fans, though it is mainly negative.

It shows with the result of our latest poll: should he stay or go?

A large majority of 85% of fans want him to turn down a new deal and move elsewhere, but a small 15% want him to stay.

Only time will tell us whether the full-back-cum-winger will be a Saddler for the new season.

For our next poll, we are asking: which area of the team do you think we should strengthen?
