Home form needs to improve - Deeney
Last season's joint top-scorer Troy Deeney has targeted improved home form to the secret behind gaining promotion next season.
The talented striker believes if the faultering home form can be avoided, the Saddlers can break into the top six.
With Leeds, Charlton, Norwich, and Southampton amongst the favourites for promotion next season, the Saddlers have been priced at 14/1, which considering the lack of a squad is quite decent.
Deeney told the Express and Star: "Last season we just weren`t picking up points when we should have been but away from home, in the last couple of seasons, we`ve done fairly well.
"The season is going to be harder again with the likes of Charlton coming down, and the boys are all looking forward to the task in hand."
With just 17 home wins in the last TWO seasons, things surely must improve if the Saddlers want to achieve success next season.
