'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The A-Team

I recent days the press have been quoting KB's thoughts on various issues. It looks like KB has a plan and hopefully it's coming together. I wonder whose is going to be Face and BA??

So whats been said.....
Well Dean Keates has set the target,12 more points, four wins out of eight games. That would give us 55 points, from a personal point I think 53 will do it.

After a doubt was raised about the dedication of our loan players towards a relegation fight, Micheal Leary put in his two penneys worth 'All the loan players are fully committed' he has said. 'We've all been giving 110%.Sometimes it doesn't go for you.'

So KB has also commented on the need for focus it's all aboutbeen switched on for long enough and its definately something we need to improve on'

So you also get the feel that KB is getting to know the players and also is getting to know what is his best team. Perhaps not the most exciting or technically effective team but the team with the character to turn our slow drag out of relelgation into more of a canter.

He identified Simon Osborn as a key player in this run in. KB stated in last nights Express and Dingle 'at the moment he is a vital player for us and I need him ready for every game' . Of course he has said that Andy Oakes if fit is first choice, I get the feeling he likes Westwoods experience and also the versitility of Mills (or should I say BA). Up front Claridge is a sure thing or he wouldn't have brought him in. Devlin also but that could be up front or wide.

So a more settled team seems to be on the way, we also have a master plan and set plays that produce goals,KB could just get us out of this but it is a pity he has had to go back so far to basics after Merse's input.
