'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jorge Watch

The prospect of a championship medal and top flight football are still on the cards for Walsall's favorite import Jorge Leitao

However Sundays game ended in a 0-0 draw, according to reports Jorge put in his usual all action style game and just like Bescot he his a fans favorite. Unfortunatly Jorge failed to convert a 83rd minute chance which would have given SC Beira-mar all 3 points. So relegation threatened Barreirense escape with a point.

Beira-mar remain on top of the league on 51points with Aves (46) and Leixoes (44) chasing that top spot. Next up is second placed Aves which will see Jorge play on national TV live. A win away at Aves will all but seal there promotion but deafeat will throw it all wide open again

Fixture Aves - Beira-Mar
Date: 19 March 2006 (11 hours (Sport TV))
Venue: Estádio do Clube Desportivo das Aves
Location: Vila das Aves
