Walsall's to get Ricketts
The local paper is sugesting that Micheal Ricketts will be following up his injury hit loan spell with a spell training with the Saddlers with a view of a contract for next season.
It is hard to distinguish between fact and fiction especially since Ricketts and Byfield seem to be constantly in the frame. However this is one which has been doing the rounds for a while now. However as with Byfield MR could well be using the club to raise his profile and hence trying to get a bigger pay day, so I would say watch this space but I wouldn't expect to hear anything soon.
